Healthy Eating Tips
The California Nutrition Network, with funding from the Food Stamp Program, encourages you to feed your family at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Stretching your food budget with FSP helps you buy more fruits and vegetables.

- Buy a variety of fresh, frozen, canned and dried fruits and vegetables when you go to the store.
- Serve fruit or 100% fruit juices for breakfast.
