Women, Infants and Children

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) helps low income women, infants, and children up to age 5 get nutritious foods and referrals to health care and other services at no cost. Families enrolled in WIC receive vouchers for food products like milk, eggs and cereal. They also receive nutrition education classes to help them prepare healthy meals. WIC staff makes sure that families have access to health care and other services and helps families with referrals when needed.
