As a rule, we get training to be successful in the workplace but we do not always get training to be good parents. Some of it comes naturally, but sometimes we need extra help as we tackle all of our work and family life issues.
Luckily, Shasta County has many excellent resources for families and an agency that can help you find exactly what you need to become the loving, supportive parent you want to be.
Children First Parent Partner Program provides parenting support, mentoring, and is your doorway to positive parenting resources that your family might need.
Support is a phone call away at 242-2020.

Did you know...
- 90% of brain growth occurs in the first 5 years of life.
- Acknowledging good behavior promotes good behavior.
